Each billboard has its own calendar. With a free account you also see the monthly rate and can message the owner here on advert.bid.
Book it, or make an offer
Pick your dates and book. If the owner has marked a billboard as negotiable, offer a price instead, which is useful in quieter seasons.

Every billboard page has a visualizer: choose your artwork and see it on the billboard’s own photo. It never leaves your device.
Send the artwork and pay
Upload print-ready files on the booking for the owner to approve, or pick them from your content library, then pay for the booking.
Your advert goes up
The owner prints, installs and adds a photo as proof that it’s up. Afterwards, review the billboard to help other advertisers.

Paying and cancelling
- Card payments on advert.bid are coming soon. Until then, you pay the owner as agreed in your conversation, and they confirm it on the booking.
- Cancel 14 or more days before the start for a full refund, or 7 to 13 days before for half.
- If the owner cancels, you get everything back.

Questions
Why can’t I see prices?
Monthly rates are for registered billboard users, and you message owners through advert.bid. Accounts are free.
What does “negotiable” mean?
The owner is open to offers within a range they set. You make an offer; the owner accepts, rejects or replies with a counter offer.
Can I cancel?
Yes, until the billboard is up: a full refund 14 or more days before the start, half at 7 to 13 days, nothing after that. If the owner cancels, you always get a full refund.
Do I deal with the owner directly?
Everything goes through your conversation on advert.bid: questions, offers, artwork and updates. Phone numbers and emails typed into messages are hidden on both sides.
